Striding with strollers

Pregnancy sure does take a tole on the fitness level. Between morning sickness, winter time, a reconstructive surgery and our move from Michigan to Seattle, I've fallen off the fitness train. Before pregnancy I took a bootcamp class 3 days a week and ran when the weather permitted and as soon as I found out I was pregnant, I got sick and it all stopped.

I really do think it's important to listen to your body - I'm listening now and it's telling me to get moving! I decided to try out a new workout this morning called Stroller Strides - it sounded great because I can bring Connelly with me, and it's safe for the littlest one.
